Web-Based Computer Program Integrates All Elements of Running a Luxury Home.
The Residential Management Suite (RMS), exclusive to Charles MacPherson Associates Inc., is an exciting new interactive modular web-based program that fully integrates every important aspect of running a luxury home efficiently and safely. RMS was specifically designed with multiple-home owners or homeowners with large staffs in mind.
The driving force behind this new web-based interactive program is Charles MacPherson, long considered the top expert in the domestic industry world-wide.
"Running a luxury home is no simple task. It is difficult enough to keep a 3,000 square foot home running smoothly, but when the size, and complexity are increased ten-fold, the challenges increase exponentially," says MacPherson. As with an engine, the more moving parts it has, the more knowledge and skill is required to keep it maintained properly. The same is true with keeping a luxury home's "engine" in tip-top shape.
This is where the interactive Residential Management Suite (RMS) becomes a "must have" for luxury homeowners. With its modular design, RMS is a flexible and invaluable tool to keep a large household running smoothly, allowing staff members with different responsibilities to understand the needs of the homeowners, their guests and the physical structure itself in "real-time." This product fully integrates all areas of house staff on a immediate need-to-know basis for everything from party planning to water heater maintenance. Its modular programming allows for additional suites and upgrades to be added as they become available or necessary.
This only tells part of the story regarding the RMS. This easy-to-use program can keep homeowners and their guests safe. It can alert the kitchen staff to potentially harmful food allergies of guests, instruct on the proper use of security and alarm systems, contain emergency numbers for plumbing and electrical issues and a myriad of other safety issues. Keeping family members, guests and staff safe is always a top priority for every homeowner. RMS is a key element to making this a reality.
With the inevitable staff changes, RMS makes transitioning a new staff member simple, quick and streamlined. The affordability, flexibility and ease-of-use makes RMS a requirement for every luxury home.
Charles MacPherson's credentials are stellar: A former owner of a top catering company, a Major Domo for one of Canada's most prominent families, the Vice-Chairman of the prestigious International Guild of Professional Butlers since 2004, and currently, president of a top household consulting company, MacPherson is well acquainted with the needs of running luxury homes.
