| hammY Putter - hammY Putter |
Marich Communications Inc. has developed and executed the national media
relations campaign for hammY Putters. The hammY putter is the first club designed to actually change hand placement, stance and target-sighting when putting – increasing control and accuracy, shaving strokes and lowering scores. The Chicago-based company saw dramatic increases in sales based directly on media placements made by Marich Communications on their behalf.

The hammY Putter™ Revolutionizes Golf with State-of-the-Art Design
Increases control and accuracy to shave strokes and lower scores!
Jim Alvarez (CEO and co-owner) pulls his hamstring four years ago and revolutionizes the game of golf. True story. The hammY putter, designed by Alvarez and his partner, C.J. Orrico (COO and co-owner), is the first club designed to actually change hand placement, stance and target-sighting when putting – increasing control and accuracy, shaving strokes and lowering scores. "Golfers spend a lot of money buying expensive drivers and only use them about ten times per round," says Orrico, "but you use your putter around 40 times per round. The hammY shaves strokes off your game for a fraction of what a high-end driver costs." The hammY is made of the highest quality components, which is why it is endorsed by PGA tour legend, Doug Sanders and is used by LPGA tour professional Natalie Gulbis, among thousands of other "weekend warrior" golfers.
Unable to even hit balls at the range due to injury, Alvarez focused on his putting while waiting for his hamstring to heal. Bending and stretching out his hamstring on the putting green gave Alvarez the idea for a completely redesigned putter. By using a triple bend shaft, split grip and a new stance, The hammY putter was born.
"This putter makes putting as easy as rolling the ball to the hole," says Alvarez, "How can you possibly sink every putt if only one eye is on the hole, and your weakest eye, at that?" The triple bend shaft keep the putter head closer and parallel to the ground and allows for a smoother stroke. The split grip forces the right shoulder to drop, keeping the left side open and out of the way, and both eyes on the target. With a more open stance, hands separated on the shaft, The hammY, shaves strokes and cures "the yips."
Simply stated, The hammY makes putts and makes sense. The state-of-the-art design and high quality components makes The hammY the only putter to have in a golf bag.
